Film Submissions | HRAFF 2013

None Submissions for the 2013 Human Rights Arts and Film Festival (HRAFF) are now open! All emerging and established filmmakers with a passion for human rights are encouraged to enter. HRAFF is looking for music videos, shorts, features and documentaries to include in its 2013 Festival program. There are over $5000 worth of cash and prizes up for grabs!

In its sixth year, HRAFF continues to provide a shared site whereby artists, human rights organisations and the Australian public are united in their desire to contribute to social change. For eleven days in Melbourne, and then three weeks across the country, HRAFF will exhibit a selection of contemporary cinema, fine art, discussion panels and music, seeking to engage, inspire and entertain. HRAFF celebrates those artists who have chosen to explore the complex issues of human rights, motivated by their desire to contribute a new, creative voice to the debate. The Festival promotes those businesses and organisations that work to advance human rights, fair trade and environmentally friendly policies and practices. And finally, HRAFF pays tribute to its audiences, whose patronage demonstrates a shared desire to see human rights underscored in both the creative and public arena.  The team at HRAFF envisions a vibrant human rights culture and community in Australia.

The early bird closing date for shorts and features is 31st October 2012. Discounts Apply!
