ICCPR2016 cultural policy conference | call for papers - deadline extended!
The call is open to cultural policy researchers to submit proposals for the IX. International Conference on Cultural Policy Research (ICCPR2016) which will take place at Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul, Korea in July 2016.
Deadline for submission of proposals: 20 January 2016
Please note: DEADLINE IS EXTENDED TO 20 JANUARY
The ICCPR2016 in Seoul, July 5-9, 2016, encourage proposals in the widest range of disciplines, provided they make an original academic contribution to the conference theme. Proposals based on research on cultural policy that is primarily 'instrumental' (such as market research) or on research designed for the purposes of advocating a preconceived institutional position will not be accepted. This does not exclude applied research of high academic quality.
Proposals must be submitted in English and no later than January 20, 2016 (DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED). Proposals must not exceed 500 words (excluding bibliography) and should include the following:
• Research questions that the paper will address to
• Methodological approach
• Description of what is original about the research
In addition, an illustrative bibliography should be included, which demonstrates knowledge of relevant literature.
The conference website will open with full registration details in February 2016 and you can find there now the instructions for submitting proposals.
