Job - Creative Facilitator from Asia for Mekong Cultural Hub and British Council

None

Mekong Cultural Hub and British Council are seeking applications for a Creative Facilitator from Asia, to help finalise the design and then co-facilitate a new leadership program for cultural practitioners from SE Asia that will launch later in 2018.

The facilitator should have experience of designing and facilitating similar programs in the past, with extensive experience and understanding of the arts and culture sector in SE Asia, ideally the Mekong Region. The program will explore and encourage connections with other sectors and look at how arts can engage with sustainable development in the region, so experience or interest with other sectors is an advantage.

The job involves estimated 10 days work with specific dates for planning meetings.  At least 7 years experience in creative facilitation is required. See job description for further requirements.

Deadline February 4th.

Mekong Cultural Hub (MCH) is an exciting new initiative, set up to offer personal and professional development opportunities for creative cultural practitioners in Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar and Thailand.

MCH serves people who are working at the intersection of arts and society. It aims to support creative practitioners who are already established in their own contexts – and are ready to widen their networks and their impact by developing regional projects and collaboration. One of the first programs to be launched in 2018 will be a cultural leadership program, co-created by MCH and British Council.
