Kazakhstan | Burabay International Short Film Festival 2023
Burabay International Short Film Festival is calling for short films (5–50 minutes) from all over the world to be shown in Shchuchinsk, Kazakhstan, from 6 to 11 September 2023.
Burabay International Short Film Festival (BISFF) promotes cinema and the visual arts. The Eurasian Creative Guild (London) first initiated the annual international film festival in 2021 at the resort area of the Burabay National Park near the lake Borovoe (Kazakhstan).
Short films are the main emphasis of BISFF. They reflect important social aspects of life in the Eurasian countries and include such genres as social drama, documentary film (dedicated to social issues), music video (video clip), mobile video, and animation.
BISFF is a special project from the Eurasian Creative Guild (ECG) Film Festival, which has been held for 5 years in London. Participants taking part in BISFF will have their film shown in London within the ECG Film Festival 2023, which has become a gathering place for musicians, screenwriters, filmmakers, producers from different cultures all over the world.
