Korea National Contemporary Dance Company call for Asian dancers
The Korea National Contemporary Dance Company (KNCDC) is seeking professional dancers of Asian nationality to appear in the new 2024 choreography by the artistic director, 7–9 June 2024 at the National Theater of Korea, as part of the project Dance Makes Asia become the Universe.
Eligibility
- Professional dancers of Asian nationality
- No restriction on major, age, or gender
- Those able to participate in all rehearsal and performance schedule
- Those able to communicate in English
Recruitment
Total of 10 dancers: 1–2 dancers of Korean nationality and 8–9 dancers of non-Korean nationality
Benefits
Candidates from the 1st round of document and video screening:
- Airfare and accommodation
Final successful candidates:
- Rehearsal and performance fee
- Accommodation expenses (partial) during the rehearsal and performance period
- Documents required for visa issuance
