Lujiazui Harbour City | call for public artwork proposals

A call for entries of public artwork proposals for Lujiazui Harbour City, described as the world's most advanced redevelopment, set to become an iconic landmark of Shanghai.  It incorporates a large scale public art project under the artistic direction of Fram Kitagawa.

As well as invited international artists, there is an open international call for proposals for 28 sites across the redevelopment area.



The selected artists' works must be completed between August and December 2017.

An award of USD 12,000 will be made for each selected artwork, this to include tax, artist's fee, associated travel and accommodation costs. The production and installation costs will be provided by the organiser.
