The Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht, Netherlands is an international post-academic art institute that offers space to ambitions, plans and work of artists, designers, writers, curators, thinkers.
The Jan van Eyck Academie has a long history of recurrent development. Now, once more, the institute finds itself at the crossroads of change, which will be shaped with its new participants, from 1 January 2013. That is why the Jan van Eyck Academie is looking for pioneers, trailblazers with the ambition to make the Eyck Academie into the post-academy of the future.
The Jan van Eyck Academie is a catalyst in the process of talent development. It activates talent in open relationships with the world. The Jan van Eyck Academie is an innovative and outward-looking post-academic institution. It is international and interdisciplinary.
The next deadline is 15 November 2012 for participants starting their work period at the Jan van Eyck Academie on or after 1 Febuary 2013. An application to the Jan van Eyck Academie consists of the following parts:
