Regional Assembly 2023 for Australia, Asia and the Pacific
Regional Arts Australia is calling for expressions of interest from artists, writers and makers for the second cohort of Regional Assembly, an artist-led online studio programme connecting cultural practitioners working in regional and remote geographies across Australia, Asia, and the Pacific.
The programme is designed to develop a creative community, rigorous artistic exchange and professional growth for cross-disciplinary professional artists working in regional Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and Te Moana nui a Kiwa (Pacific), South Asia and Southeast Asia.
Over the course of a year 10 artists will each receive an artist fee to participate in 10 online sessions of facilitated conversation, defined by the needs and interests of the group.
Each member of the Regional Assembly will receive a fee of 4,500 AUD to participate in the programme.
