Semaine de la Critique | Submissions open 2nd Dec

Submissions for the Semaine de la Critique will open on 2nd December 2013. The 53rd edition of La Semaine de la Critique, organized by the Union ofFilm Critics, will be held in Cannes, from May 15 to 24, 2014 during the Cannes Film Festival.

La Semaine will present 7 feature films in competition (first and second works) in world or international premiere. As a discovery section of young cinema talents, La Semaine will present a selection of 10 shorts and medium-lengths films from all over the world. A small amount of films for a large number of screenings (7 per film): La Semaine offers an excellent critic, public and professional visibility in Cannes.

All films, shorts and features, must be world or international premieres.
